Registered Nurse Applicants to Migrate to the U.S.

We are a staffing specialist that aims to give Filipinos build better lives. Amongst our business is to help nurses in the Philippines to be able to work at healthcare facilities across the United States. 

There will be no placement fees.

NCLEX-passer nurse is preferred.

CGFNS certification is accepted.

Also catering to non-NCLEX passers and can be sponsored.

NCLEX Sponsoring - We understand that licensing and credentialing may not be easy. To aid in this process to be able to prioritize studying and passing the exam, this will be supported.

Green Card Filing - There will be assistance through the full visa filing process. In the petition, legally married spouse, and your children under the age of 21 would be included.

Clinical and Cultural Transitions Program - This would be a five-week orientation for preparation of your nursing role including immersing into the US culture.

Airfare to the US would be shouldered.

A Support Specialist will help in settling to the assigned location.

Most of the process-related expenses for Registered Nurses are covered. What is expected is to adhere to the 5200-hour signed contract.

We can help the following:
Those who have an active RN license in the Philippines
With six months experience in a hospital with at least 30 beds

Newly graduated and NCLEX passers with less experience are very much welcome to apply
With current work in an adult inpatient acute care setting (examples are Med-Surg, ICU, HDU, ER, Telemetry)

NCLEX and IELTs are not necessarily needed to apply

Program Requirements:
Main that is of need are Registered Nurses who are currently working
NCLEX or English exams are not required as NCLEX program is fully funded and will be advised of the English requirements. IELTS, TOEFL, OET, PTE, etc are considered

Must have graduated of a registered nurse training program from an accredited school of nursing that covered medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics and psychiatry - clinical and theory
BSN would be very good but not really required

Others:
For immigration - must meet the requirements by US immigration for permanent residency applicants
English proficiency - following Section 343 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 (VisaScreen), must be met
Must have the want and desires to live and build their career in the USA
Have great mindset and excellent work ethics
